Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery:

- All orders are processed within 24hours of being received.

- Deliveries within Israel are shipped with the Israel Post, you will receive directly from the post pick up notifications.

- All local deliveries will be made within 2-6 working days from the time of order.

- Deliveries made within the center of Israel will take up to 4 working days

- Deliveries made in the northern and southern parts of the country will take up to 6 working days. This is including; Golan Heights, Jordan Valley, and Dead Sea.

- Cost of delivery is 19.90ils 

- The option of self-pick up is available free of charge. Prior arrangements must be made, you can contact me by phone 058.696.7247, WhatsApp or by email shopradrags11@gmail.com

-International deliveries take up to 4 days to process.  Once the order have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel sent. Please note that shipping internationally can take up to 28 working days depending on where it is being sent.

-Cost of delivery is 45.00ils

- We strive to have all orders shipped and delivered ASAP, however delays are out of our control once given to the delivery company. I will work my hardest to resolve any delivery issues as best as I can.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

-Items can be returned up to 14 days from being received in original packaging, unworn.

-Refunds will be made minus the return shipping fees.

-To avoid any shipping fees, you can return directly to our warehouse. Please contact us (as written above) before to make arrangements.

-Exchanges can be made up to 14 days of received delivery in original packaging, unworn. 

-For all exchanges please contact us directly providing reason as to why you are exchanging at shopradrags11@gmail.com
